Apollo Onsite is a dedicated technician service for organizations on Apollo CSM or CSM+. It places a full-time Apollo technician at your location while keeping your business backed by the full Apollo managed services team.
A dedicated Apollo technician works onsite at your location for 40 hours per week. They support day-to-day operations, handle high-volume in-person requests, and help execute IT initiatives with direct knowledge of your environment.
Your onsite technician remains an Apollo Networks employee and is backed by our broader engineering and support organization. If your dedicated onsite technician is out, Apollo provides backup technician coverage to avoid service gaps.
Onsite is built for organizations that need embedded daily support and want enterprise-grade MSP depth behind that role. It is not sold as a standalone service and is designed to extend Apollo CSM/CSM+.
