Co-Managed is flexible: we define exactly what Apollo owns vs. internal IT owns. CSM is a complete platform: monitoring, support, backups, endpoint security, patching, and projects are managed as one cohesive service with standardized outcomes.

It means support isn’t metered by the hour for normal operational needs. You have access to Apollo through defined channels for troubleshooting, end-user assistance, and incident response. When hands-on work is required, onsite support is included in the tiers where it’s listed.

CSM+ builds on CSM with enhanced email threat protection, security awareness training, structured compliance audits/maintenance, AI platform governance, and annual penetration testing—designed for organizations that require stronger assurance and audit readiness.

Onsite is an add-on available to CSM/CSM+ customers. A dedicated Apollo technician works at your site 40 hours/week, remains an Apollo employee, and is backed by Apollo’s team for escalations and after-hours needs. If your onsite tech is out, a backup technician is provided.
